- Experience as a Restaurant Manager, Store Manager, Venue Manager or similar role in a multi faceted hospitality venue
- A hunger and passion for achieving excellence from a brand perspective
- Experience managing a team of 15+
- Solid industry knowledge across Food, Beverage, Service and Processes
- Experience working with KPI's, P&L reports, and providing sales strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
- Hands on and the ability to motivate teams
