Our client is a fantastic employer with their staff turnover equating to less than 20% per year (in the hospitality scene that is phenomenal) they truly look after, nurture and offer realistic progression to their staff of all levels.

Their service offering is incredibly varied from casual $15 casual nights through to highly refined formal fine dining for 200-300 delegates 2-3x per week. You will be challenged, you will be pushed and you will be rewarded by working in this incredible kitchen environment with a fantastic and supportive team.

Experience required:

  • Experience as either CDP or Sous Chef 
  • Ability to work across varying service levels
  • Team player who can assist in leading the staff to success
  • Ability to take on responsibility and manage diverse menus
