Our client is new to the market, they are pushing the boundaries and answering to the suburbs food prayers for quality food in a comfortable environment from morning to night.

The interior will be welcoming to all, the menu will be refined with high quality produce but not intimidating.

The role will see your report to the Head Chef and act as 2IC in the Head Chef’s absence. You will drive culture, efficiencies and assist with financials when and where required.  You will produce quality food with exceptional ingredients and have a focus on delivering timely service.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Find Albany a convenient location for a place of employment
  • Have proven Sous Chef experience in environments slightly more refined than your run of the mill cafes
  • Love and have an immense passion for food and good produce
  • Be a leader and look to challenge yourself
Our client is opening late November so the ideal start date is Mid-November to allow an opportunity to get to know the team, complete various menu tastings and understand the fantastic concept coming to Albany.
