Our client has a fabulous and diverse network of 22 one of a kind establishments across Auckland.

They pride themselves on bringing people together through their service, food and beverages.

They have created this brand new position to take the venues to new heights in preparation for Summer and of course the America’s Cup. The two venues offer two very different experiences to customers one is a Day Pub / Night Club and the other a well defined eatery offering wonderful functions and events for their customers.

The role:

Will see you responsible for both venues financials and overall performance, you will achieve an increase in performance through tightening and implementing new and effective systems, offer comprehensive training to staff of all levels, manage all HR processes, continuously improve customer service and satisfaction.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have comprehensive New Zealand experience in Venue Management either single or multi-site for large operations
  • Proven experience managing multiple HR / ER situations
  • Understand the ‘Auckland’ customer
  • Have a strong understanding of P&L and all financials and venue operations
You will be rewarded with:
  • Attractive base salary $90-100k per annum
