About The Role:
A true leadership role, you will be responsible to oversee the front and back of house operations of this venue. Along with your Senior Manager, you will be responsible for the performance management of your staff and financial management of the P+L statement to ensure that customer service standards align with the company ethos while reach your financial targets.
You will be given the opportunity to progress into the Venue Manager role overtime; so we are seeking a ambitious individual who will be able to dedicate themselves to this business long-term. You will demonstrate the ability to manage Junior-level managers as well as your team as well as the ability to interact with customers in a dynamic, stimulating environment.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Come from a high-volume F&B service background
- Be able to flawlessly navigate a P+L statement
- Experience planning events and functions
- Inspire, lead and delegate to your team members
