This stunning beachside venue is nestled in the beautiful Kapiti region. This funky bistro is constantly evolving & staying on trend with seasonal produce, local & international wines, moorish cocktails and a service ethos that always leaves an memorable, exquisite experience. 

About You
  • Experience in high volume smart casual bistro dining  
  • Able to engage & drive a strong FOH team culture
  • Superb food, wine and cocktail knowledge 
  • Excellent presentation & communication, LCQ/GM cert.
With a passion & talent for modern cuisine and great knowledge of wine & food matching, your experience as a manager is world class. You're a natural leader, able to run a tight shift, and know how to get the best out of your team. We are looking for someone who wants to run this venue as if it were their own. 

This role is in the Kapiti Coast region. You must be able to relocate.
