The right candidate will have:
- Experience managing a premium restaurant in a low/high volume venue and be adept in all duties/functions associated with doing so
- Previous restaurant creation and wine knowledge
- A serious/professional approach to the industry and a great personality
- Ability to manage a medium to large team in a high service environment
- Strong financial management of an entire restaurant
- A competitive salary $80-90k + s
