This is a great role for a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef who is ready to step up and take on a leadership position within a restaurant that is producing quality food. If you are a dedicated and committed chef who want to grow with a great company you should be applying for this role.
You will have 2/3 years of experience in a CDP or Jr Sous Chef role and be able to demonstrate an effective knowledge of your craft. This company will provide you with the basis to move into more senior roles.
- A strong Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Be able to contribute creatively to the menu
