We're looking for a hands on, industry professional who has proven results in a multi-site role looking after the full financial, HR, training and operational performance of a portfolio of sites. This role will require you to hit the ground running as it's a busy and progressive business.  

Role responsibilities: 
Do you have passion, energy, a positive attitude and the natural ability to lead a large team?  Are you an experienced multi-site or cluster manager who thrives in a people & systems focused environment?

  • Build positive relationships with the restaurant management team
  • Provide supervision for 8+ busy restaurants
  • Provide leadership, coaching & direction 
  • Maximise long term sales & profits
