We are looking for a friendly, organised and creative Sous Chef with enthusiasm, flair and passion for the industry, who is willing to bring their own ideas and perspectives to the table.
In conjunction with the experienced Head Chef you would be responsible for the, smooth, efficient and cost-effective running of the kitchen. Your duties would include creating daily specials & general menu ideas, as well as producing and serving quality, fresh and interesting food to the customers, whilst delivering the required profit margins. This is very much a hands-on position.
You will be offered a real opportunity to create your own reputation cooking from scratch in a quality, craft food pub.
