Our client is a growing business with some of the most exciting venues in Brisbane and Melbourne and we are now looking for the next piece of the puzzle- an excellent Chef de partie.
The menu is focusing on authentic Chinese flavours done in a modern and exciting way. The food will be coupled with fantastic casual fine dining service. We are seeking a strong Chefs to assist in the opening of this new restaurant. The Chef de partie will run a section of the kitchen. The quality of the food is exceptional and we are looking for someone who can produce this food consistently.
Skills we require:
- Preferably Chinese or modern Asian cuisine
- Clear understanding of CDP responsibility
- Manage and maintain your section of the kitchen
- Contribute to the development and training of the kitchen team
- Maintaining prep lists daily
- Creatively contribute to menu changes and restaurant specials
