The venue is well known in Zetland and is looking for a confident Sous Chef to lead and motivate the kitchen team. You will have the benefit of working in a new kitchen that is less than 12 months old. The venue seats up to 200 people and has a great bustling atmosphere so high volume experience is preferred.

  • Controlling labour costs, COGS, OH&S and some recruitment
  • Managing a busy pass and quality control of a vast menu
  • Training and motivating team
  • Ordering, stock control, invoicing, etc.
