With events ranging from cocktail parties, corporate lunches, wedding celebrations or just a busy night in the restaurant, this will be a high volume role and will allow you to develop your skills within Sydney's bar industry.
The right candidate will have:
- Passion and drive to help create a really enjoyable vibe within the venue.
- Experience managing a bar in a high volume venue and be adept in all duties/functions associated with doing so.
- Previous cocktail creation and wine service experience.
- A serious/professional approach to the industry and a great personality.
- An up to date RSA and any other associated qualifications.
