Premium Assistant Cafe Manager - $55k + super + bonus - CBD

We are looking for a polished candidate to nurture a fantastic team within a premium café space in the CBD. The company is a national brand that has a stable presence in most capital cities, with the Sydney site being well established.
You will be reporting to the Store Manager and National General Manager (who is Melbourne based), and you will have a great team underneath you to really help achieve the KPI’s in place.
You will be a natural leader who is strong on service, passionate about developing your team and comfortable with the admin side of the business.
There is high expectations to perform within this role, however the systems and support structure are there for you to leverage off.
You will have:
- Highly experienced in all aspects of customer service – the customer experience is a key criteria for this brand.
- Experience with the financial and admin aspects of hospitality management: budgets/kpi’s/stock control/rosters.
- A positive and passionate approach to leadership and knowing how to best develop your team.
