This is a hands on busy role for a superstar who wants to take their restaurant management career to the next level. You'll need to be able to take full financial, HR, training & operational control of this restaurant.
What you possess:
- Solid experience working at senior management level
- A natural inclination to train and motivate your team
- The ability to take full accountability of your restaurant
- Demonstrable financial control, P&Ls, waste & labour costing
We're looking for hospo professionals, natural leaders who have a proven track record of motivating and mentor teams to success. Exposure to QSR or systematised restaurants with experience in financial control will be looked upon favourably. Most of all, we're looking for cool, casual, hip & fun.
This role is located in Wellington - you must be able to relocate.
