This dynamic employer is looking for an Executive Assistant Manager for their flagship property in the nation’s capital!
The role requires a comprehensive understanding of all facets of hotel operations from revenue management, F&B/Event operations, staff training and development and customer service on every level.
A minimum of 2 years’ senior management experience within hotels is required to be considered.
You will be taking charge of this property under the guidance of the Area General Manager, however this is to be considered an autonomous position. There is a heavy Food and Beverage focus to this property so the successful candidate will have significant experience in this area.
You will need to drive this business from day one as you will be directly responsible for a large team and there are serious expectations set for this position.
The successful candidate will have the following:
- A proven track record in revenue management, F&B and rooms division knowledge.
- A passion for hotels that can be demonstrated from past experience.
- A solid understanding of the Canberra market, and hotel trends – nationally and globally.
- A high level of financial acumen
- Impeccable presentation.
