We have an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional to dive into – Assistant Restaurant Manager for one of Australia’s leading brands! Gourmet burgers, craft beers & nothing but good times! Our client is on the hunt for a rock star Assistant Manager to lead their rock star team in their Newmarket venue. It’s an exciting time join this team, with recent developments to the local shopping precinct, this location is pumping!!!

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for staff management & motivation including:
  • Recruitment & Training – building & maintaining a strong & energetic team!
  • Performance management – tracking KPI’s & motivating the team
  • Controlling costs – stock, labour, wastage etc.
  • Marketing & local community engagement
