This iconic, casual venue pumps all summer long. You need to be well versed in bustling & lively kitchens. You’ll need to be driven to play your part in creating a welcoming country atmosphere. 

The successful applicant will also possess the following key attributes:

  • Ensure smooth running of all food operations
  • Ability to maintain kitchen costs strategically & effectively
  • Proven exp. in high volume gastro environments or similar
  • Maintain cleanliness, health & safety and food hygiene standards
  • Interact with mgmt. team, bar & brewing staff to achieve great outcomes
  • Leadership qualities and be able to train & encourage young & upcoming chefs/apprentices
Required is an operations focused chef who can take charge of the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence. You won’t need to reinvent the wheel but you will be expected and rewarded to make it run smoothly.  

This well-loved venue is located in Northland. You will be required to relocate or commute.
