This new multi-faceted venue will be opening in Darlinghurst in the middle of this year but we are ready to start your training now. The venue will boast entertainment, food and beverage, with a big volume of trade going through the bar. High volume beverage exposure is a must to cope with the demands of this role.
We need you to be exposed to structured back of house operations so an understanding of how to cost a roster, work to KPI’s, and work to budgets. In terms of people, you need to be able to lead 100% from the FRONT. You can’t be scared to get in there and not only get your hands dirty but get CRAZY and promote the fun from the top!
Salary is around $60k + super – there is also a GREAT bonus structure!
