About You
  • Exp. in high vol. bistro dining | Metro Top 50 
  • Able to engage & drive a strong FOH team culture
  • Superb wine & food knowledge | Natural sales skills
  • Excellent presentation & communication, LCQ/GM cert.
With a passion & talent for modern cuisine and great knowledge of wine & food matching, your experience as a manager is refined & confident when dealing with a well-heeled clientele. You're a natural leader, able to run a tight shift, and know how to get the best out of your team.

This role is in the Hawke's Bay region. You must be able to relocate.
