Under motivated and proven business managers this local favourite is ready for reinvigoration. Give fresh, creative direction, take control of a dynamic and disciplined brigade, manage a high volume kitchen, develop a new menu and cook fresh, inspired cuisine.

About You
  • Solid senior exp. | Systematic & organised
  • Mgmt. Acumen | Budgets, rostering, menu dev.
  • Creative & knowledgeable with modern, local cuisine
  • Exp. In Project management with an openness to new ideas
With proven success and good tenure in your previous kitchens, strengths in systems management and back of house operations you'll thrive in this newly created role. Open to ideas and working collaboratively with mgmt., you will be rewarded with a new kitchen build and empowered to write your own menu.
