Superb food offerings with an inventive beverage menu to match. These savvy, supportive operators are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to take their venue & front of house team by the helm and continue driving it to success. 

About You
  • Senior DM/AM/RM with exp. in high vol. ALC 
  • Success with team leadership & development
  • Effective communicator, able to manage workflow
  • Exp. with stock, wastage control, financial targets, etc.
With previous experience in senior management, you know how to run the floor with flair and you possess the leadership skills to pass on your hospo wisdom to further develop a skilled FOH team. You take pride in what you do and want to ensure the success of the venue by continuously providing a quality offering and building positive customer rapport.

You also have a solid understanding of the back of house & admin tasks, including stock management, cost control, and achieving financial targets.
