Our client is a growing group who already has had success in the hospitality markets of both Brisbane and Melbourne. We are now opening their latest culinary offering which will be on trend and exciting.

The restaurant will champion modern Cantonese cuisine with a Sichuan flare. We are looking for a creative, talented and hands on Head Chef who will take this concept and develop it into a reality. 

We are looking for someone with:

  • Excellent understanding of Modern Asian
  • Understanding of Cantonese / Sichuan Cuisine
  • Pre-opening experience
  • Creativity and menu design
  • Strong financial understanding
  • Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
  • Passionate and confident in your ability
