The role & responsibilities
This large, fully equipped commercial kitchen operates a la carte, functions, events and conference service. Never a dull moment this is a hands on leadership role that requires a Chef that can stand up and be counted on.

  • Targets & budgets to achieve
  • High volume ALC service delivery
  • Working within a large team of Chefs
  • Ensure HACCP is managed effectively 
  • Support the functions side of the business 
  • Hustle & org. the team to get through prep 
  • Take responsibility in the Head Chefs absence
  • Lead during service with clear, confident communication
