A perfect role for an accomplished conference or banquets manager that doesn’t want to be restricted by boundaries! We want someone that will work to solve issues, who will try to create what the client wants and be able to think outside the box.

This busy hub of a hotel has some of the most exciting clients on their repeat business list with plenty of room to develop an even broader list of first time clients. The role will see you working very closely with the sales & Kitchen teams and will report into the F & B Manager. You will be super hands on and at the forefront of ensuring the event is everything the client asked for (and everything they didn’t know they needed!)

Someone with similar experience is what I’m looking for but I really want someone that will go that extra mile and that has that true tenacity to work proactively. You will need to be able to foresee issues and fix them before they happen. You will remember what repeat clients want and go out of your way to deliver it time and time again.

You will need to be experienced in working to budgets, be cost minded and know ‘how to wow’

Salary on offer is $65k + super with room to move in this huge and successful brand.
