In this role you will be responsible for running the kitchen operations, including:

  • Preparation and delivery of menu items
  • Adhering to high level of food presentation
  • Ordering and Stocktake
  • Maintaining a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness
  • Ensuring kitchen health and safety
  • Training and developing all kitchen staff focusing on retention
Requirements:
  • Be able to work independently in a fast paced kitchen environment
  • Have a good understanding of basic math, budgeting and labour costs
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and be a good problem solver
  • Have at least 2 years’ experience in a fast paced kitchen or food outlet
