We're after an individual that has proven experience running a busy restaurant or venue. Someone who has massive personality and is super engaging with customers is what we're after. You will need to have developed your leadership skills as the property is big and there are often a few things happening at once. We're also looking for someone with experience with stock-takes, rostering, training and labour control  . If you're someone that has the natural ability to host, a love of customer service & a desire to create the ultimate experience then we want to hear from you!
