We are on the hunt for a Senior Sous Chef that can not only fit the culture of the business, but also who are comfortable with doing 500+ covers per service, those who have outstanding people management skills for a team of 10-15. You will have true knowledge of costing a dish to the smallest detail and be comfortable with working to food cost budgets.
You will have been exposed to performance managing staff and understand that you catch more flies with honey than vinegar in your approach to leading staff!
