Senior Sous | BRAND new opening | $65-70k + S + B + tips

I haven't been this excited about a restaurant opening since...... no wait, I've NEVER been this excited! Because this is a company that always exceeds expectations with their daring concepts, grungy fit-outs and their absolutely impeccable execution. It is a DELIGHT to eat in their restaurants and this new concept opening in Spring will be eagerly awaited.

I'm currently on the hunt for a Senior Sous Chef to be a part of this pre-opening team that are ready to make their mark on the Sydney restaurant scene. The Head Chef is currently developing the menu and let me tell you, his creativity & unrivalled passion for food will ensure you will learn a ton and be mentored every day.

I'm looking for experienced Sous Chefs (or possibly Junior Sous Chefs) that have a diverse background and ideally some specialties in different Asian cuisines. Though this restaurant will have a set 'cuisine' type, you can rest assured it will be so out of the box that it will be your creativity and ability to also think outside of the box that will see you take on the role with gusto.

Salary starts from $65k + super + bonuses + tips. Not only that but you will be working for a company that prides itself on their supportive culture and be in a company where the people at the very top in the most senior of positions are firmly embedded in the hospitality scene and are truly passionate about creating wonderful spaces for people to eat.
