Seasonal menus evolving under the direction of an internationally experienced executive chef in a modern, well equipped kitchen. Every day is different as you work across both production and ALC as part of a supportive, well-organised and successful team of professionals.

  • Confident to run your own section and service
  • Good range of technique | Creative & passionate
  • Local exp. with ALC and volume production pastry 
  • Looking to step up into a new challenge | Career focused
With passion for the sweeter things and a great element of creativity and knowledge you strive to produce delectable offerings on a daily basis. You're flexible, confident but still looking to learn new skills. You have proven experience working to manage your own section with skills in scratch pastry, baking, desserts, stock control and ordering.
