The RWC has brought the most amazing atmosphere to NZ. Auckland is just filled with hype and smiling people soaking up the tourism and events that the city it holding! The hospitality industry has had an expected growth in sales, and the numbers out and about resememble the best of Summer… except we’re talking rainy cool spring weather
We all back the All Blacks, there’s no doubts there. You can almost hear the country hold their breath and then cheer as one but the media seems to be picking out the negatives and reporting on anything that goes slightly astray. Let’s be honest - for the public, this is the best Auckland has felt in ages!! Online news sites like www.stuff.co.nz and www.nzherald.co.nz are showing RWC articles as their most popular stories - so the country is definitly behind the event 100%
With the final set to take place on the 23rd October, we can’t wait to see what happens! As one of the lucky few to secure tickets to the big game - we’ve been counting down to the event. Fingers and toes are crossed for the All Blacks. We’ll be watching the NZ v AU game on the edge of our seat as the semi final heats up this weekend.
